The fork stacker / roll conveyor is a beast of a machine, designed to build large stacks of drywall panels evenly. This machine incorporates a belt-driven roll conveyor to convey stacks of material to an optional pneumatic end stop, then a group of long, waterjet cut steel forks rides on a plethora of linkages along a heavy duty linear rail to lift stacks off the conveyor and onto the lift below. As the forks lower the stacks, a series of pneumatic guides form an edge away from the machine, preventing the product from touching the machine as it is stacked.
